“Everything is as described in the listing, although we had some communication issues at the beginning. Guests who stayed there before us have not checked out when we arrived, got very confused since the owner cannot be contacted via different channels, had to involve Vrbo support. Was told to use the bedroom on 3rd floor, which is nothing like the pictures in the listing. Got in touch with owner later on and everything got straightened out.”

“The host was very accommodating and responsive to our needs and communication with him was flawless. The place was clean and the kitchen was equipped with modern appliances (including a good size refrigerator). The bathrooms were also nice, modern and clean. Our only confusion was that the vrbo website description listed 4 toilets and there were only 2. There was a TV in each room, which was nice. We enjoyed the community that the vrbo is in and fell in love with the quaint shops and the people……

“Our group loved our stay here! It was in a quiet neighborhood, away from the busier Tokyo Areas. The house is conveniently only 2 minutes away from a 7/11 and FamilyMart, and 8 minutes away from the train station. While being on the smaller side, the property is still well-kept, and cozy. The owner communicated well through emails, but some instructions were harder to decipher as an English speaker. Overall, a great stay!”
