"The property was in very good condition, our room was spotless and well maintained. The staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice with lots to choose from. Overall a very enjoyable stay"

"The room was clean and the location was convenient. Breakfast was same every day but it had good selections. Parking was available both underground and outside next to the hotel. The underground parking has only 30 spots so if you stay during the busy season, you may need to park outside (still convenient but underground would better if rains). The parking ticket is 1,000 yen per night but it did not work twice and I had to go back to the front desk. I talked to the parking staff but they recommended I go to the front desk. Then the same thing happened again on the following day. They should improve the process so that guests can go through the gate without going back to the front every time when this issue happens. The main building does not have a safe so I had to bring it to the front desk. Overall very nice hotel and I am glad I stayed here."

"The hotel hallway was dingy, with a large unsightly stain on the carpet. The staff did not always provide towels (needed to ask them a couple of times) nor water that was supposed to be replenished daily. Although I requested a non-smoking room, the bathroom smelled like smoke and it was challenging to breath in there. Most hotels have a late-checkout allowance of about an hour or two. This hotel charges hourly for late checkout. The staff were mostly friendly and tried to be helpful. The location is convenient and central to Chiba City that is convenient for walking, public transit or taxi service. The status of washing machines provided at the hotel were viewable on the room TV so it was very convenient to plan our day around doing laundry."

"Breakfast was exceptional. The restaurant has an exceptional view and high ceilings. Very comforting to eat there. They make omelettes and sunny side ups per request-included in the breakfast. I tried salmon and grilled mackerel the last two days and they were nicely cooked and very tasty. There are vending machines for drinks, and the drinks are reasonably priced. The room was kept very clean. Had all the amenities a person would need. Staff was very helpful. Central location: very close to the train and bus stations, and the malls. There is a park just next to the hotel with lovely trees. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would love to stay there again."
