The free airport shuttle was on time and convenient, which made my travel much easier. The breakfast had a good variety, and the hotel location was peaceful with nearby shops and Aeon Mall just a short ride away. Highly recommend this place for travelers flying in or out of Narita Airport! "

"Compared to hotels in the area such as U-City, this property is much newer, thus more contemporary, and the price reflects the more premium segment. My son particularly enjoyed the kids’ gift set, which consisted of a toothbrush, bath sponge, and cute bear slippers."

"I wasn't expecting much in Narita after a long flight, just some rest maybe. But the hôtel and the area around it was really nice with a great temple and awsome park, very nice and convenient shopping center near by... the jotel was confortable and cheap... I should have stayed longer."

"If you are looking for a nice local Narita International Airport hotel that is a reasonable distance and transit time, this would be it. Don’t forget that they have a shared shuttle bus with the Hilton Narita hotel, that will pick you up, deliver to the Hotel and then drop you off at T1 or T2 next morning at no cost: wonderful service provided. Remember you are in Japan: they are super efficient and leave exactly on time every time! Incredibly refreshing. We love Japan and its friendly people. Hotel if terrific: has a 7 Eleven in house plus a wonderful breakfast in their restaurant: we say, fill up with gorgeous food at a very reasonable cost as part of your stay. Room was good value, staff great, food nice. A positive experience for us for an overnight stay. Would we book again: Absolutely!
