「施設は非常に良いです。清潔で広く、快適に利用できます。シャワールームとトイレが分かれていて◎。シャワーの水勢もしっかりで、こちらも◎。若干階段が急ですが、許容範囲です。 ただし、オーナーの方と基本連絡が取れにくいです。15時00分〜チェックイン、24時間前から同時刻までに入り方の連絡がメールで来るとのことでしたが無し。サポートからも連絡していていだきましたが、こちらも直ぐに連絡が取れず部屋に入ることができませんでした。結局連絡が来たのが16時16分。結果1時間16分待ちです。また、施設の清掃料金5,000円は当日施設でと書いてありましたが、受け渡し方法など一切無し。清掃に来られた方たちにお会いしましたが、そちらの方々も分からず。(この方たちに落ち度はないものと思います)　この件についてもオーナーに連絡しましたが、現時点(チェックアウトから8時間以上経過)でも反応がありません。施設が過ごしやすかっただけに、本当に勿体ないです。 それと、前回泊まったと思われる方々(外国人)の宿泊者カードがそのまはま置いてありました。個人情報なので扱いがこれだと不安です。」

「This was a great property for me and my sons. Regular hotels are not a good option. There was plenty of space for us 3. It is close to a 7-11 and Family Mart. There is a bus stop very nearby. The train station is a cab ride or bus ride away.」

「Everything is as described in the listing, although we had some communication issues at the beginning. Guests who stayed there before us have not checked out when we arrived, got very confused since the owner cannot be contacted via different channels, had to involve Vrbo support. Was told to use the bedroom on 3rd floor, which is nothing like the pictures in the listing. Got in touch with owner later on and everything got straightened out.」

「Mr. Kim is really what made this property a big 5 stars. He drove us all over, gave us tips and taught us about the local culture. Mr. Kim made our stay wonderful! Location was perfect with great restaurants, grocery and drug store within a few minutes walk. We also discovered a great area by the river where I had my morning runs along a beautiful path, hubby worked out a the playground and kiddos played as well. The only negative was that there is no living room for the family to gather....

「Mrs. Nakamura was very communicative, helpful, and extremely generous providing delayed check out. The check in process went very smoothly, with photos of the hotel and street numbers making it especially for foreigners. The hotel was a short 10 minute taxi ride from Makuhari Messe convention center making it convenient. She did offer two bicycles as well. The neighborhood is very quiet, making it easy to get a good nights rest. Overall highly recommended!」
