「This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. Staff are always welcoming, efficient, polite & helpful. Great rooms, comfy beds, brilliant minibar Restaurant & room service are excellent (yummy kumara fries). Good value stay. So convenient for the airport, just a short stroll. The obvious choice for a 4.5* stay in my opinion!」

「The rooms are very small and basic and in need of a lick of paint. The room was clean and the bedding crisp and white. Don't expect any amenities in your room, they are basic and in a communal area in the hall. But that is explained in the room described. The showers and toilets are also communal and along the hall and are nice and clean. We were fortunate enough be given free upgrade to the Delux Ensuite Queen room by the owner of the hotel. 「Beds were comfortable and linen was clean. Decor could do with a general freshen up but was suitable for our needs. Liked that the rooms were away from street frontage which helped minimise road noise. Owner very friendly and helpful.」

「Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm.
