"I’ve had some poor experiences staying in downtown Portland before, but this hotel was a pleasant surprise. At first, I was a little worried about the long check-in line, but the staff handled it exceptionally well, professional, polite, and courteous throughout. Parking with the hotel is optional, but I highly recommend it. Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, shops, and the stadium (we were in town for a soccer game). The facility itself is clean, modern, and well maintained. Overall, a great stay, we’ll definitely be coming back!"

"Excellent value for very clean, unique hotel stay. Really enjoyed the overall feel of the property and this was our second stay. Convenient location and was quiet even though close to high way. We dined at one of the hotel properties restaurants for three different meals. Super good food with a Japanese flair. Good prices and excellent staff throughout the property. "
