「It was awful. Two hrs before I was supposed to check in, the host literally cancelled my stay because she said the price I paid was wrong. One of the worst experiences of my life. It was so stressful.」

"totally extraordinary experience over our stay. We enjoyed every moment from checkin and we are still thinking about our stay. Face recognition from check in can avoid any stranger to get on the boat to the exclusive island. The buffet lunch and breakfast are nice lots of selections. Our anniversary dinner at the restaurant near the beach is excellent. The seafood are fresh and delicious. The swimming pool is so nice. Also the sunset is amazing.all employees are so nice and attentive. Also they have a WhatsApp to a staff so that you can ask anything anytime. Totally recommend this hotel"
