"The room was spacious and clean. I get the feeling this was once a beautiful hotel but is now dated and showing signs of neglect. The shower is a poor design that floods the bathroom. The cold water quit and we couldn’t flush the toilet. No restaurant. The staff were very nice. The price was reasonable. "

"First I must say the negatives here are minor and the customer service was most definitely 5 stars. Quick with the negatives; housekeeping put a torn sheet on the bed. Pet peeve of mine I hate to see. There is no shower stall but a large tub almost 3 feet deep. Treacherous to get in and out of; no shower curtain; room gets flooded and the floor is slick; not a fan. "Noisiest hotel I have stayed in ever.Outdoor market nearby sets up at 4.45 every morning, people shouting, cars snd bikes constantly hooting horns.The 3rd night the market set up was 3am.The single glazed windows that have broken locks and do not close properly do help help the noise. Forget about the "Free Breakfast" fruit juice, limited fruit and eggs fried untill inedible with bread and butter served in a bleak cold restaurant. The noise is allday long."
