「Spacious and comfortable」

「Hot shower is not working. Only the very cold shower. When you turn the handle to the left to get hot shower, the water in the shower heads was only dripping and no water pressure. No phones in the room. Had to go down every time to ask for assistance. I had to ask 3 times in one day just for someone to fix the issue and when someone finally came, they COULD NOT FIX IT!!! Quite disappointing 」

「Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. It’s not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. 」

「There was a smell in the room that smelled like. A. Open swege pipe thats not been plugged. B. Fish 3 days old. They can not fix it. It stayed with us for 3 days during our stay. Its obvious they tried to mask it on 1 day with air freshners. I recommend avoiding if you can.」

「The pool was really nice and new, the bedrooms were spacious and clean, the bathrooms needs to be updated, it’s moldy and the floors are dirty, the kitchen is old, the cabinets are old and the cabinet doors don’t close, some of the cups are chipped, kitchen knives too old and the bath towels are too thin」

「I wanted to give them 5 stars. Everything was excellent, except the most important, the beds. The mattresses were too well used and had a plastic covering so we were all sweating against the mattress even though the aircon was as cold as you wanted.」

「Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. A variety of foods. We were on C side. With pool view and it was lovely. Hotel seems to be doing some well needed upgrades. But delta clean and safe. And beach front. Similar vibes to Mexico. As a Canadian. 」

「BE WARN, DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THE PICTURES THAT YOU SEE, this place is horrible! In all the oh so many countries I've been to, I would say this is the worst place I've stayed. The first room that was given to me has a disgusting sink area. I woke up in the middle of the night with tons of flies and ants falling from the ceiling and hundreds more crawling on the floor. I hardly slept. When I was about to take a shower, there were hundreds more of ants crawling on the bathroom ceiling, it was so...
