SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER: To preserve the condition of our property, a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($58.85) or a refundable Safety Deposit ($1,250) will be required after booking. The purchase and ID verification will be done via our Fig & Toast Boarding Pass and Enso Connect, an authorized booking partner.
Classic Tucson neighborhood area. The general neighborhood is good but not great (patchy with some nice homes, others mediocre). If you're looking for a gated, HOA-managed community-type situation, this will not be a good choice for you. The home is extremely clean and cozy, and the large fenced property feels secluded within town. There is ample covered parking on the side of the home and great backyard space for family fun and outdoor enjoyment.

POOL/HOT TUB: The home has a newly resurfaced pool and hot tub. The pool can be heated for $84/day, and the hot tub fee is $36.75 for 3 hours of heating. Please let us know if you'd like them heated during your stay, and we'll be sure they're ready for you upon arrival.
PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.
PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

* No glass in the pool area (Any broken glass would require a full pool drain and damages. Guest would incur a $700 fine for any broken glass found in pool.)
* No swimming in pool after 10 pm
* Advised to NOT stay in hot tubs longer than 15 minutes (and do not drink alcohol and sit in hot tub)
