“Unfortunately this hotel has gone downhill since we last stayed here. Shower floor had a hole/scrape in it and door frame had a loose piece. Our fridge also had two huge dents in it. Just a bit shabby overall. The staff however was extremely helpful and had fresh towels readily available since they only clean the room every 3rd morning. We did get our room cleaned on the 2nd and 3rd morning when we requested it. Our room was very clean !”

“Everything was great except check-in, it was delayed by 2 hours, they also lost the card left at the bar and the shower head had no pressure. Besides that everything else was great.”

“Stove did not work, drawers did not work, tv also didn’t work. Let the staff know when we first moved in they said they would have someone come fix these things, never happened. Then they kicked us out cause maintenance thought we were “smoking in the room” however that was not true we told them they could check the cameras as my partner had just came in from smoking out side. But they sat with that and kicked us out refusing to refund us for 6 additional days we already had booked. They sent us……

“Front desk girl was rude and due to fiance being in surgery at 10am, we called to verify res. on the drive there, and him not being present when checking in at 2 the girl wouldn't let me check in. Got very sick from luke warm hot tub also. Rm was JANKY!!!!”

“Room was clean, no linens for the rollaway bed were provided. We went to the lobby to ask for it, staff seemed a little bothered but did go to 2nd level to get it. We followed him so he could hand it to us. While waiting for our food delivery at the lobby, a person staying was asking for linens as well for the rollaway bed and also a homeless person walked in got coffee from the lobby, dropped lids on the floor and walked out with a cup of coffee. There’s 25 parking spots right behind the……
