Enjoy this charming 1930s Tudor style home located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of midtown. Not only will you stay within walking distance to some of the best restaurants, shopping and coffee houses in all of Tulsa the Gathering Place is a short stroll away as well. Named by Time Magazine as one of the World's 100 Greatest Places you can rent a bike or a kayak, play basketball, go for a morning jog on the River Parks trail or stroll the 65 acres of urban jungle.

The house itself has two bedrooms with blackout curtains and shades in each. The main bedroom features a Cal King sized bed while the second bedroom has a queen. The internet is fiber with speeds of 700M down and 600M up. The HVAC system was replaced in 2023 and can keep up with the hottest summers and coldest winters. The backyard is fully fenced for your pets should you decide to bring them. There is also an X Box available to log on to for your children or husband. The kitchen will be stocked with basic spices, seasonings and oils you can use to cook basic meals. Finally, all linens are professionally laundered after each guest checks out.,

Great location!

We stayed over a week. No negatives from us because we understood the age and type of house we were getting in to. Beds and bedding extra comfy. Kitchen well stocked. Living room furniture was not very comfortable, but we were hardly there.

Affordable but strong musty smell

We picked this rental for it's affordable price and mention of The Gathering Place (TGP)being within walking distance. The price fit our limited budget. TGP was about 3/4 of a mile or 20 mnutes away walking at a 6 year olds pace. There was an overwhelming damp musty smell coming from the basement which the owner needs to deal with. We didn't spend much time in the unit and it was spring break so we decided not to try to relocate.The furniture and beds were comfortable.The plumbing in the bathroom is antique and difficult to use. The hot water is set to a scalding temp. When we filled the tub, the water had a yellow/green tint and had black flecks floating in it. In the end, the unit wasn't a good fit for us. We will spend more money to stay elsewhere on our next visit.
