It should have an elevator. I was with my 87 years old sister and was difficult to her to go on the stairs.

Good for Tulua
Tulua is not the greatest place and this hotel is clean and quiet. Odd that beds only have sheets and no blanket.

Convenient down town hotel that provides the basic. I booked the suite, which was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was tasty. Overall experience was good.

Cuando llegue no les aparecía mi reservación, en recepción la persona que me atendió pidió que cancelara y me registrara directo al hotel, no me pareció esto correcto, yo había reservado con anticipación y me encanta reservar por Hotels.com Las instalaciones y servicios excelentes.

Buenos días, agradecemos su comentario, pedimos disculpas por el inconveniente que es propiamente de la plataforma utilizada, ya que al no llegar la reserva a nuestro sistema,se nos sale de las manos por esto ofrecimos una habitación por medio del hotel, es muy difícil poder controlarlo, esperamos poder atenderle nuevamente,
