“Unser Aufenthalt im Arka Hotel in Tulum war rundum ausgezeichnet und hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das rund um die Uhr über WhatsApp erreichbar war und jederzeit schnell, kompetent und sehr zuvorkommend reagiert hat. Der Room Service war erstklassig – das Essen war qualitativ hochwertig, sehr frisch und geschmacklich hervorragend. Unser Zimmer war außergewöhnlich groß, sehr stilvoll……

“This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough……

“We had the most incredible stay at Layla - this was for our honeymoon and it couldn’t have been more magical. The pool area is stunning and our room was lovely and spacious - the balcony a great addition as was the walk in shower. Breakfast was delicious, and made even better by Michael who was so attentive - we looked forward to seeing him every morning! Location is ace, and so easy to explore central Tulum - if you want to go further afield the concierge were to hand and organised everything……

“There are bugs in the room. The pool water is dirty, and there is a lack of consideration for guests; it seems the hotel is only focused on making money. It is not worth the price. I recommend not going.”

“Die Wohnung war hervorragend, Leider kam in den 4 Wochen niemand vorbei um den private Pool Oder das Zimmer zu reinigen, So wie es angekündigt war.”

“The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The Breakfast was excellent. We liked spending the evening relaxing at the pool. It is very close to Tolum. Parking is on the street.”

“El hotel muy cómodo limpio, accesible bien ubicado, las instalaciones muy bien, el personal atento, buena seguridad. No me gustó el precio de las bebidas en la alberca era muy elevado Por lo demás excelente”

“Esta muy accesible, centrica y las instalaciones en buenas condiciones. Cuenta con refrigerador, microondas y algunos utensilios. Muy recomendable”

“En la primera habitación que nos dieron la 402 no funcionaba el Internet se les estuvo rogando tanto a La. Se veía una señora grande como si fuera la dueña o Gerente este que iba a poner cartas en el asunto pero los tres primeros días que estuvimos así, nunca tuve Internet en la habitación la tele obviamente como no tenía Internet, nunca se pudo conectar, no servía, la cafetera, no cerraba bien. La puerta del baño entraba en un Chiflón horrible en la zona de la regadera,. Como si nos hubieran……

“The stay is beyond beautiful! Guests need access to more light in the rooms, microwave, electrical heating water pot for teas and coffee! Other than that the stay is amazing! Staff was amazing specially Manuel who helped us alot during our stay! ”
