Entire House. 4 bedroom, sleeps up to 14, but can be use for small parties at a discount rate. Just ask and we'll cuote.
Recently remodeled, adding a Penthouse bunk room.
The 10 ft concrete fence around the Villa, gives you the tranquility to relax or partying in total privacy. The house is surrounded with a 4000 sq ft Selvatic garden with Hammocks, BBQ area and a beautiful Gazebo by the pool, is a plus to this gorgeous and unique property.
Walking distance to restaurants, bars, just minutes to the Beach, Night clubs, Famous restaurants, Day Beach Clubs and City center. Major attraction parks and Cenotes just minutes away.
Bikes 🚲 are included for your enjoyment at no extra cost.

Beautiful Tulum

Great house in a great location! Beautiful aesthetic in the home. The hosts were a little slow to respond to broken dryer and door. Not enough towels for our group of 11 ( that stayed wet due to dryer not working). Bikes need some TLC, we got a flat and needed air in tires. All in all, definitely recommend this beautiful home.
