Nice stay

Area is under construction so the roads are a little bumpy, but the house is beautiful and spacious for a group of friends or family. Not sure if there was a way to heat the jacuzzi or pool I so didn't get to use it.

Perfect !!! Our family was very comfortable , kids enjoyed the pool upstair all day long !Nice emplacement too !And excellent communication with the hostI highly recommend instead of going to the standard all included hotels, we rented a car and discovered plenty of good places by ourself (isla mujeres, cozumel, tulum, cenotes, chichen itza, laguna, and many good restaurants), otherwise being stucked at a resort and eating the same food all day long ! I will return if I had a chance !Again thank you Mariana

Private, large and spacious home

The house is new construction like everything in Tulum. The house design is interesting, but awkward. I love the idea of the 2 plunge pools, albeit very small, but accessing either one is a problem. the ground floor outdoor space is landscaped with small rocks. OUCH! The upstairs space is a danger if you intend on using the pool. always wear shoes out of pool. The tile surrounding pool is very slippery. It may be a language translation, but when a hot tub is listed, I image a jacuzzi whirl pool for soaking, not a bath tub. Kitchen needs a few more amenities. The space is comfortable excepting as stated above. Tulum is growing too fast! There is construction noise everywhere.

Maison très agréable, confortable, mais piscine de la cour pas très propre (végétaux et autres) et froide. (un bain type spa aurait été plus simple car on peu le fermer pour éviter les feuilles dedans).Cela allait avec des adolescents, mais le fait qu'il faille passer par l'extérieur serait plus compliqué si nous avions été avec des enfants plus jeunes.
