Situated between the beach and Tulum town in Aldea Zama neighborhood, which is the most exclusive and urbanized neighborhood in Tulum.

Within the neighborhood, guests will find a variety of charming restaurants, bars, and small shops some of which are within walking distance from the villa.

Supermarkets are conveniently located around a 10-minute drive from the property, and convenience stores are within walking distance.
The beach is easily accessible, taking only 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike.

-Bedroom 3, situated at the front of the house, offers a queen-size bed with an ensuite bathroom, closet, and a workspace.

The pool measuring 7 meters long and 1.40 mts depth is centrally located in front of the patio, living room and bedrooms.
