The staff was super helpful and the service was great! We went during the off season, and it was so nice having lots of space to enjoy. It's also close to cenotes, and the staff made it easy to figure out transportation. I definitely recommend this place!

A charming stay in Tulum. Clean, excellent food, chill beach vibes, and staff was extremely attentive. David, our fav waiter, knew our names and orders by Day. 2. This is a total gem and I’d come back in a heartbeat!

The construction & set-up/decor is enchanting. Food was excellent! But the most impressive aspect for our stay was the staff…they were helpful, friendly & “ready to serve” your every need or want. Special shout out to Eric, who took care of us all week & made the stay utterly charming & relaxing. We will be back!

Vi är supernöjda med vår vistelse på Panamera. Rent, bra läge och härlig vibe. Man får inte missa takbaren för att se solen gå ner över djungeln. Vi hade frukost inkluderat i boendet som var toppen. Extra plus var alla som jobbade på hotellet, vänliga och väldigt service minded.

Very chic, and beautiful property. I absolutely loved the two pool areas and the breakfast at the restaurant in the seafront. The rooms though (although very beautiful) are lacking some basic amenities like a wardrobe, a coffee machine, a small fridge; they are quite simple and minimalisti. Bed linen and pillows are super.

Great location, fantastic mattress and lovely balcony in our room overlooking the ocean. We were lucky enough to see a giant sea turtle on the beach as the sun rose as we were there in nesting season. As it was out of season, the restaurant and all food and drink services only ran from 9am to 5pm so there was no way to get dinner at the hotel itself. Not a problem as loads of great places to eat are easily walkable. The room was aesthetically excellent, however it was missing some basic amenities that you would want such as fridge, coffee machine and proper clothes storage. It’s a good hotel in a great location and when the food service is operating, the food and drinks are of a very high standard. It’s also a huge bonus that it has 2 pools, the very famous chequer board one, which gets the music from the DJ sets they have on the beach and plenty of shade in the afternoon, and a red tiled one which is exclusive to suites Panamera guests. We spent most of our time at this pool as it’s very private, quiet and a great place to sunbathe and relax. We’ve now stayed at lots of different hotels in Tulum on the beach road and I do recommend this hotel.
