The room was beautiful and very clean. The staff was overall friendly. Couple of negatives. The buffet food can get boring, not much variation in the food. The front staff was slow to attend, and we weren’t able to book rapidly . The system was down or they told us to comeback at a later time.

The staff is extremely friendly, the food is excellent and the rooms are clean. Many pools and entertainment. The only problem: is hard to get restaurant reservations. We stayed 7 nights and only got one reservation in a Spanish restaurant (the vegan steak was delicious). Vegan options are available ...

The resort in general is great. The only negative issue I noticed is that for those who smoke there are only two places no very convenient. One is next to the lobby and the second one is behind the buffet restaurant and the security personnel are always asking guests to only smoke in those places. ...
