"Excellent customer service at check-in. Hotel staff are very attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet in the morning is outstanding, with a wide variety of foods from which to select. "I have stayed at this hotel in the past, and the amenities were great. They said that because of covid-19, everything was closed. The restaurants, the spa, the pool, the bars, the gym, the concierge, even some of the entrances to the hotel were all closed. Other hotels seemed to be open and operational.
