“Beautiful, clean and spacious rooms. Staff was friendly and accommodating! Great breakfast and the most beautiful thing was the entrance when you walk in! Beautiful waterfall entrance! Will always be my stay while traveling through Chattanooga! ”

“Hotel was very nice and clean. I didn’t like having to pay for parking ($20). Parking should be free for guests. Great continental breakfast. Great location downtown and within walking distance of various restaurants and the Convention Center. Front desk was ok. I noticed they’d put a sign up that they were away , but I’d hear laughing and cackling from a back room. Meanwhile, there’s 5 people waiting at the desk. Otherwise, it was a fine hotel. ”

“We were exhausted from traveling all day. We were unable to sleep because the room was located next to an ice machine and exit doors. When I returned our room keys I was asked about our stay by a woman at the desk. I told her terribly because of the noise! She proceeded to tell me that it was the noisiest room of the hotel. She asked why I accepted that room. I asked her how I was supposed to know that! Then she asked why didn’t we come back to the desk and ask for a different room. We……
