"A very clean and comfortable and modern hotel. The breakfast was excellent and good choices. Staff are always smiling and helpful and they do a thorough job of cleaning the rooms inside out. We chose the airport hotel taxi, which was very prompt and patient even though our flight was delayed. The location is very close to one of the museums and lots of shops and restaurants around."

"It’s a wonderful place to stay for any reason, food is delicious! Room, interior and exterior are always very clean. The view of the pyramids from the restaurant is amazing!! The entertainment! I was sick for a few days and the called to check on me, sent me soup, tea…. I just love the place. You will not regret it. Gooooo…."

"What one would expect from a 5 star hotel - spacious rooms, attentive staff, excellent food and restaurant choices. Enjoyed the breakfast as there were a variety of food choices. While we did not face the Nile or street view, we faced toward the museum. The sound from outside below (wedding and entertainment patio) carried to the 11th floor so if you are not a sound sleeper, suggest bringing ear plugs or don’t go to bed before 10 pm!"
