Only a short walk to the famous trout fishing Tongariro River and beautiful river walks and tramps.
The town is also only a few minutes walk away and has all conveniences one needs eg supermarkets cafes chemist etc.
Lake Taupo is also only a few minutes drive away with lovely picturesque bays for boating, swimming, fishing and picnicing.
The ski fields are 30 minutes drive away. There are so many activities to do in this area eg white water rafting, tramping, fishing, hunting, sking and dinning out in the area. This cottage is very relaxing and extremely comfortable.
