「Hotel was very nice and rooms were a great size especially for the price. Honestly I have zero complaints. One block away is a small cafe were you can have a delicious breakfast. And a few blocks from there is the beach with some great dining options. We walked late night with no issue」

「I booked this property after a disappointing experience at an AIRBNB on south Caye Caulker. Alyssa (sp?) greeted me with a cool fruit drink upon arrival and it set the tone for the rest of the stay. The property is beautiful, clean and bug-free (except for mosquitos once you get away from the grounds). The best part of the stay was the staff. It feels like family (and some of them are). Just nice people.」

「One South Place Hotel is a perfect place to stay while visiting Belize City. My wife and I could not speak more highly of this Hotel. The neighborhood is safe and perfectly situated on the waterfront. The owners and staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. 「Very basic room, but sparkling clean, and the staff could not possibly have been more helpful and accommodating. A/C, refrigerator, and WiFi all worked great. Complimentary luggage storage was really good for us, since we could leave our luggage there when we had a gap between check out time and our ferry to San Pedro. I was hesitant about booking something south of the river, but my elderly mother and I felt completely safe walking around the immediate area. The balconies with river views...

「The hotel had very little to no amenities. They had filtered water in the community kitchen. The room had a refrigerator and cable tv. The bed was comfortable. It's in walking distance to the ferry for caye caulker and San Pedro. They had a community refrigerator and microwave in kitchen. Staff were nice and helpful. Limited places that offer delivery for food. 」

Centrally located and very close to multiple restaurants in prime part of Caye Caulker and within walking distance from ferry. This hotel is a gem and glad we found it. Convenience floor downstairs is also a plus and makes for quick and easy shopping. 」
