“It may not be a 5 star hotel, but it's a good price ($100/night) for what you get. A lot is packed into this little rental. Full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils. Comfy bed. Dark & quiet. I slept great! Could use a little maintenance & the grounds are not very attractive, but, again great place to crash after a long hike.”

“I think there should be a bit more transparency of what you are staying in. It was fine but there needed to be better clarity around what is included. It states BBQ, and there is no BBQ, and as you think there is a BBQ, you would expect some utensils which there aren't. ”

“This tiny house was clean and about 20 minutes away from Grand Canyon which was nice for location. The negative side was the shower that gave you hot water for 1 minute and then turned cold. I know it said energy efficient but for paying that much money, you should have hot water to take a shower. Also internet connection was bad. I would recommend staying somewhere else because of the hot water situation.”
