「I want sure what category this fell under. You had just bought the Coldwater Inn in Tuscumbia, AL. We had to check in 3 different times and obtain 3 different sets of keys. Inconvenient. But no big deal. But i thonk that caused the next issue. Our room wasnt cleaned while we were there and we were there a full week. Had to ask for toilet paper. No made beds, etc. Again. No big deal as it was just my husband and I. Just thought you would want to know how the transition is going. 」

「The breakfast was actually awful, cold eggs and breakfast meats. The warmers were not warm. The apple juice dispenser was broken and in The coffee is from a machine that was not monitored and every time I went for coffee all I got was a very watered down something, mostly hot water. But, it was in a convenient location and quiet.」
