“A lousy truck stopped by the hotel, and it’s a Compressor Refrigeration Trucks! You have no idea how horrible this noise sounds like heavily! It all day long!”

“I want sure what category this fell under. You had just bought the Coldwater Inn in Tuscumbia, AL. We had to check in 3 different times and obtain 3 different sets of keys. Inconvenient. But no big deal. But i thonk that caused the next issue. Our room wasnt cleaned while we were there and we were there a full week. Had to ask for toilet paper. No made beds, etc. Again. No big deal as it was just my husband and I. Just thought you would want to know how the transition is going. ”

“The property was great outside but once you enter the smell is horrible like dirty mop water! Then the room I got was so mess up, and it stink! Then banging in the ceiling. Ask the front desk for some towels he said he can’t help me with that I was very shock! Baseboards were coming out the wall you can see they just use super glue, dirt and rust around the doors and a/c unit. Horrible!”

“The breakfast was actually awful, cold eggs and breakfast meats. The warmers were not warm. The apple juice dispenser was broken and in The coffee is from a machine that was not monitored and every time I went for coffee all I got was a very watered down something, mostly hot water. But, it was in a convenient location and quiet.”

“I wish we had known renovations were happening during our stay. Fortunately, we didn't need to nap during rhe day- pounding and drilling and whatnot going on all around us. The pool wasn't open, which made sense, but still wasn't labeled as seasonal (late April in the South) The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast on time and well managed. Waited at the desk because our keys didn't work the 2nd day for about 10 minutes without a bell or any way to contact staff. Always a plus when there's……

“Facility is old and our room was in need of repair. There was no ice bucket, no cups, no place to hang clothes. The toilet was loose and wobbled badly. Fairly clean, but old and dingy.”

“The staff very helpful the room was clean. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. We tried adjusting the shower head, but it would not get very much pressure”

“The value is in the prime location, but not the room. We paid far too much for a windowless room with stained carpet, no lamp on far bedside table, noisy environment (music from bars, clear conversations from other rooms, footsteps and furniture being moved overhead at 2:30am) and worst of all, variable shower water temp and ultimately a hot water fail. ”

“It was the worst place i have ever stayed, it was supposed to be a double room but it had one queen bed,the room was supposed to be new remodel but it was not,i had surgery is the reason I stayed i had to walk to the office to get toilet paper and towels and return to office with used types ”
