“When I made the booking, it is a two bedrooms room. However, the design of this room is strange. It has one big door and has two doors on left and right. It just like a two separate rooms. My kids are small and cannot accept this room type. However, I get upgrade for my room type and live in a house that is great. “Cutlery and crockery were dirty, with food still stuck to some cutlery.
Beds, bathrooms etc were excellent.
Poor layout, with no sanitary facilities downstairs, making it hard for older people and those with bad knees.
Parking inadequate unless underneath was used - again too many stairs.”
