good price and good location, and breakfast was good but I had a hard time getting hot water. The staff said it would take about 10 minutes to get hot water, but it took almost 20 minutes for it to come out. It's a waste of water in a region with limited water supply, and the hot water situation is a problem.

First off, there was a mistake in room number. I was given the room number by mistake. I went back to tell the desk attendant and she said she gave me the wrong room number and she corrected it. The room seemed somewhat not put together. When I went to the restroom I noticed that the shower was for handicap person. I wasn’t able to lift up the bench and shower properly. My husband said that the lever to hook it up was broken so we had to shower sitting down and the space was very cramped. There were no more rooms available to change our room. In the morning for breakfast there was no more coffee available. Several guests were talking about there not being coffee. Would I stay there again? I don’t know, I would have to check other places first.

Very friendly staff! Pool was closed for fixing. We had either a mouse or rat in our room that ate through some of our food. Bags were sealed but they ate through the bag and we were not able to use it again. Very scary for us because we have an infant and didn’t feel that it was safe and clean room for us.

Good basic accommodation in a quieter part of town.The hotel does feel dated and tired and needs a good refurbishment. Nothing especially wrong with it and we only stayed one night so it fit our needs for a simple stay overnight whilst travelling. Good basic breakfast available however the pool was closed and out of service during our stay in October 2025 and it looks like it's been shut for a while.We had a problem with the room that we initially were allocated but we were moved quickly and without fuss. Not bad for a short stay.

Overall, it was a good stay. Beds were comfy and room was decent. However, it’s not the nicest facility and the staff wasn’t very friendly. I didn’t try the breakfast, so not sure on that. Price was great! Not a bad place to stay, would rate it 3.5-4 overall.

I’m sorry to leave this review , but travelers must be aware that the place had a real bad bedbug problem, our pillows were covered in bugs, larvae and full grown fed bugs, we had to leave immediately, requested a refund but manager wasn’t around so we still have to take care of that. Please check your bed thoroughly before laying down

Our room was on the bottom floor, and every time someone in the building turned on a faucet, we could hear the running water very loudly. It seems the water pressure is set extremely high. Also, considering that the property is located in the desert, I would expect better attention to water conservation

They are supposed to have 24 hour desk service. Our bathroom ceiling leaked on my friend, then the ceiling started falling down. I called; no answer. I tried to go to the desk, but doors were locked with a sign saying wait 10 minutes. More ceiling fell. It took a couple of hours before someone was there and able to let us switch rooms. The desk person that came in was very nice, but it was very stressful especially since this started after midnight. The advertised pool was not in service. The fitness center did not have working lights. Parking was great!

Staff was very friendly but the ac in our room wasn’t working properly, the bathtub wasn’t draining well and the sheets had yellow stains on them. The location is great if you are planning to visit Joshua Tree National Park but other than that, I wouldn’t recommend it.
