Red Sunset Cottage in Twillingate

Summary:
Settle into this charming and cozy 2+ bedroom cottage in scenic Twillingate. When you enter, your eyes will instantly be drawn through the large window to the expansive views of the North Atlantic. You'll start your days sipping coffee or tea curled up on the couch and end your days by the outdoor fire pit after observing another stunning red sunset. Whether inside or outside, this home offers the perfect spot to observe and enjoy life in this peaceful, rural outport community.

The Space:
Welcome to your home away from home in Twillingate! This charming cottage offers a comfortable and inviting layout. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen that opens to a combined dining and living area, and extends to a sunroom which serves as a dining space. A convenient half-bathroom with laundry facilities is located off the kitchen. Upstairs, you'll find a full bathroom, two well-appointed bedrooms, and a cozy loft area offering two additional beds. Outside, enjoy a large deck with water views and a lawn area complete with a fire pit, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the natural surroundings.

I loved the location, beautiful view with a hike up to a remarkable look-off! Such a peaceful atmosphere, the only thing I would have liked to have a place to sleep downstairs to enjoy the view, otherwise everything was perfect!

Beautiful Location

This home has a stunning view of the bay. The home is clean and is in a very quiet area. Very close to town. The bedrooms are up a steep flight of stairs and so this may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. There are two bedrooms upstairs with doors and another bed and daybed in a common area. It would he good for a family. We had a lovely stay.

Wonderful stay

Red sunset cottage had everything we needed to enjoy the Twillingate area with a fantastic view! We were excited to see a small iceberg float by and enjoyed watching the lobsterman pull in their catch from the cottage. The property owner was very communicative and made sure that we had all of the information we needed at the cottage. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Quaint Cottage by the Bay

Lovely liitle house that feels much larger due to its design with large open spaces downstairs and lots of large windows with ocean views from almost every room. Very nice, quiet charming neighborhood. With lots of great walking areas. 5 minute drive (probably also walkable) to stores and restaurants. Great communication from owners and all the necesities provided as well as a few extra perks like a stocked Keurig coffee maker as well as telescope and bino culars for whale and iceberg watching

Room with a view!

My husband, adult daughter and my two sisters loved the area and the cottage was perfectly situated for drives, walks, museums and more. The cottage is clean, modern and well provisioned. Very quiet too. Marie was a message away if we needed anything...which we didn't. Loved the area. Thank you.

Tidy gem with awesome views

Spent three nights in this cute and clean property with great views close to town. Everything was updated or new. The washer/dryer was greatly appreciated. The owner was in regular contact during our stay to see if there was anything we needed. A perfect property in a perfect place.
