The lower level has a Queen suite with a full bathroom plus twin bunk beds. The living room has high ceilings, a great fireplace, wood to burn, for those chilly days, and relaxing after a day on the snow. The lower level is great for relaxing as it has a large TV, big leather couch, Basketball 2 person game, video game, and access to the large outdoor patio with a firepit. Enjoy the large wrap around porch as well as the porch to listen to the river and enjoy the mountain views mountain views. There is a gas grill just off the sliding door. Listen to the flow of the river and just relax. Brand new Samsung Smart TV's throughout the home and strong WiFi. This home is directly on the Ammonoosuc River and the snowmobile trail is right up the street. There are rock steps down to the river. Enter at your own risk.
