"This property is advertised as a hotel, but it is actually just an apartment. Upon arrival, there was no reception service available, and we were told to call a phone number. Unfortunately, the host never showed up or provided assistance. After waiting and being unable to check in, we had to find and book another place to stay. Overall, it was a very disappointing and stressful experience, and I would not recommend this property."
"We stayed here for 4 days and it was perfect. It’s centrally located in Batumi’s Old Town, steps away from Europa Square. It’s also close to the main sites in the boardwalk and the Piazza. There are also many quaint restaurants in the close proximity to the hotel.
The breakfast was respectable, a variety of Georgian cheeses, caviar, salad, scrambled eggs, khachapuri. I wish that the dishes were labeled.
The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of four.
Overall the hotel was spotless. I would say in general the staff don’t speak good English, making it difficult to communicate.
Don’t think twice about staying here."
"Staff looked miserable and don’t wanna help, my bathroom would get flooded after every shower and they did nothing to move me or fix the leaking shower. Carpets are filthy and worn out. Breakfast is terrible and no gluten free options."
