Beautiful home

The house is beautiful, several decks, a short walk to the beach and the grocery store. We rented a golf cart which was nice for getting around the island. There were books about Tybee island and Savannah that helped with ideas and finding our way around. Would definitely stay here again. Only gave talking to property manager a 4 star because we never actually interacted but they seem to have the process down to a science!

Great house, close to beach access

We really enjoyed our stay here. Combiner to the beach, the grocery store, gas station, and dining. The house was very roomy and clean. The master bedroom was large enough for our toddler to sleep on a pallet on the floor very comfortably as well our dog on the other side of the room. We will book again next year!

Great week at the beach

This was great house for 5 people. Close to the beach, restaurants and the only grocery store on the island. I would definitely stay here again.

Great for families

The property was beautifully furnished with all the commodities needed for a great stay , nicely decorated with a beach vibe. We specially enjoyed the ping pong table and other games available, location was superb walking distance from restaurants and the beach. Well maintained and clean, we had a great time and already planning to come back during summer ! Thank you

loved catch a wave! the home was beautiful, great attention to detail, the furnishings were top quality and well organized. the porches were wonderful and the game area was perfect for the kid in all of us. tons of parking! highly recommend and we hope to return.

PROPERTY NEEDS MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING!

This property needs a thorough cleaning, maintenance and paint. Carpets are dirty, couch cushions are soiled, bathrooms were not well cleaned, and kitchen appliances were not cleaned. Appliances and mirrors looked like they had been cleaned with a greasy cloth. No kitchen dish cloth provided and only one dish towel provided. Refrigerator is unsteady and almost flips over when opening door. Door seals are torn and missing on some of the outside doors. Outside window boxes have weeds and outside furniture is deteriorating and in much need of paint. Pictures shown on your site are definitely deceiving. Feel we could have stayed on Tybee for a lot less expense with much cleaner accommodations. For a cost of $2600+ for five nights, one would think this property would be clean and maintained! Would not stay here again!
