The location was perfect the house was just okay wasn't very clean the pool and hot tub was nice the hot tub itself wasn't very clean either

Spacious property / great entertainment

Pro: great location, place is very spacious, lots of amenities , awesome garage with lots of entertainment, shower in garage to clean after the beach, kitchen very well equipped . Good communication with property manager: we had a minor issue and was resolved very quickly. Cons: Vents were dirty, main bedroom A/c is extremely loud, main bedroom has a window without curtain so we had to wake up when sun was out (so much for sleeping in during vacation), found a few roaches. We had an issue with the A/C, it was preset for 80 at night and we could not change nor sleep because it was so hot. It was resolved after the first night so make sure to check.

Awesome location, great hosts

The property had chairs and an umbrella for the beach, we added two more umbrellas and a couple of boogie boards to the basement storage unit for future guests, an awesome property and location.

Nice Home Needs Attention

It's a very lovely home and super spacious, but the sofas and carpets are in need of cleaning. There is a distinctive odor. We weren't thrilled to share our stay with roaches either. From the living room, kitchen to the bathrooms, there are problems. The iron was broken. This was my first ever vrbo.

Tybee Vacation Rentals Nightmare

This property is managed by Tybee Vacation Rentals and requires additional information beyond that already given on Vrbo. Asking for names, ages, and sex of minor children in this current environment is in my opinion a potential risk to their safety. The TVR staff is rude, beligerent, and condescending. They are difficult to work with. Additionally, the elevator and AC did not work in the home and we were never sent information from them in regards to WiFi passwords. They were not available over the holiday stay and I would not recommend renting any property that is managed by them.

In Desperate Need of A Proper Cleaning

This property had great potential but it is clear that it is not properly maintained and in desperate need of some updates and a proper cleaning. Many things were broken, not functional or needed repairing. The elevator was out of service and not something we were made aware of, the gas grill did not work properly, the ice maker did not dispense ice, the washer did not work, the gas fireplace was "just decorative" (meaning it has not been properly maintained), there were nails sticking up on the stairs, the door to the garage did not latch so the only way to keep it closed was to use the deadbolt, the showers looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months and there were layers of quite a bit of dust/dirt apparent throughout. Wall hooks were handing out of the walls in the bathroom. The list goes on and on. The only plus to the property was the garage game room where we were able to gather as a family. I would not recommend this property.

Tybee Getaway

House was very spacious and a very short walk to the beach. Air conditioning worked great in the house and was comfortable during the day and night. Cooked on gas grill and it worked perfectly. Would definitely stay here again.
