The property was listed as a Condo........but we arrived and it was a Townhouse......3 FLOORS. My parents are 76 and 79 they had problems with the stairs!!! I had to list the names and ages of the people staying, if you see there are people in their 70's almost 80, you should have stressed this "condo" has 3 floors and is actually a townhouse!

Tv was difficult to operate in living room. Primary Bathroom could have had a more detailed cleaning. Had to get out of car to punch in code to open gate and had to get out of car to open garage door. That was a nuisance.

Annual Family Vacation

We loved this place. Super clean, smelled great, and was just what we wanted. Great view of ocean from top balcony. Perfect location for beach AND the pools. Would definitely come back again!

Disappointed

Needs cleaning. Bugs were a problem. Found both a spider and a silverfish in my bed. Met by a cockroach at the front door. Floors needed cleaning-bottoms of feet needed to be cleaned before climbing in bed (yes, we all showered). Pool was small and crowded. Restaurant next door was great. Eli our server was awesome.

Beachside colony codo

We had great views off the balconies, however the best view was from the top floor off the master bedroom. We were all family so shared the balcony each morning and evening. Overall property had good space but was showing wear.

Needs updating/deep cleaning

Needs cleaning: Grout throughout the condo is filthy and showers have visible pink mold starting to grow. Kitchen had dirty glasses and inside of cabinets have stains. One wine glass had leftover lipstick on it! Front of fridge, cabinets, & dishwasher had food/drink splashes that were not wiped up. Kitchen sink has rust. Updating: Filter grille for vent in dining area is disgusting & rusty. Most of all the kitchen cabinets have circular scrapes around them where the handle pulls are with paint missing. Faucet in shower of bdrm upstairs is hanging off the shower wall. Master bedroom: this was the most updated area but the bed is so high that it was extremely difficult to get into for everyone in our group aged 20-56. No chair or bench to sit in that room either. There is a very limited view on the main level of the ocean due to the trees & foliage overgrowth. Water pressure is very bad throughout. The door outside in backyard to the trash area is open to the parking lot with no lock. Anyone could walk in off the street & be in the backyard area for the whole complex. If you are going to go through the trouble to have all those codes for everything else why is the back so unsecured to allow access to anyone. Not very safe at all.

Tybee beachfront stay

We enjoyed out stay. The condo is oceanfront and nicely updated and decorated. We would recommend putting a key code on the back door that leads to the ocean as we had to leave it unlocked during the day to come and go. With public beach access just steps away we felt uneasy leaving it unlocked but had no other choice.

Beautiful views from clean, well managed property

The property was clean and has been well kept. There is a outdoor shower head on the back porch to rinse off from the beach when you come in. The views from the master are breath taking, we would sit out on the deck to the the sunrise over the ocean and and the sunset. Quiet property, 2 pools on site, and casual restaurant on site for an easy bite or drink when you don't want to travel too far. The location is great - it was easy from here to get to all parts of Tybee Island or to hop over to Savannah. I would come here again.

Just an awesome vacation

Three adult couples went to vacation together, and we had an awesome time. We had just a few little maintenance issues, but overall everything was great. The view of the beach is great and it wasn’t too crowded at all!

No air upstairs

The air didn’t work upstairs. We called the manager and they sent someone. Said it couldn’t be fixed that day. Said they’d bring portable units. They brought box fans. Still hot. They brought one window unit and it didn’t work. Kept giving an error code. Very warm weekend on Tybee for March. Nit pleased.

Fantastic Views

Condo was everything it said it was on VRBO. Spacious and clean. Sunrise views from Master were spectacular. Would stay here again.

Very nice, clean property right on the beach

We enjoyed this property and with a few minor things, I'd rate it as FABULOUS. There are no chairs in any of the bedrooms, no stools, benches, etc.... which makes simply putting on shoes a challenge when you are over 50. The master bed is VERY high/tall. I literally felt like I had to "high jump" to get into it. The living space is large, but could stand more comfortable chairs. We had NO problem with views from the balcony. Internet was fast and reliable. A/C worked perfectly. TV got tons of channels. Kitchen well stocked. (Ice maker was a bit slow, but it DID produce a little.) It was a very safe and clean complex and we loved being able to go next door to the restaurant. All in all, I would recommend this listing and will probably return!

Nice place

The place was nice, clean, and in a great location. It was great having access the pool and a restaurant right next door. There are other few restaurants within a walkable distance. We enjoyed the 2 balconies and the view was beautiful.

Nice stay, right off beach

Nice townhome steps away from the beach. Peaceful view of beach and ocean from master suite. As others have noted, view is obstructed on lower levels, which could be awkward for some groups, but was of no concern to us. When we visited (end of August), weather was nice, but there was still plenty of space on non-crowded beach

Obstructed view

We were disappointed with our beach view. I specifically paid more than I wanted to, to be on the beach and enjoy a beautiful view. Our main view was obstructed by palm trees directly out our balcony. The view out the master bedroom balcony was beautiful but we all had to go upstairs and through a bedroom to enjoy it. The master bath tub was very sluggish going down so showering with the water filling up wasnt enjoyable. I felt the townhome was average. Having said that we did enjoy our stay otherwise. I just feel for the money we spent I was expecting more.
