Tybee island dream

Beautiful stay; wonderful porch for socializing each evening.Just a short walk to coffee , shops and the beach. Only wish the pool was heated; otherwise a perfect get away for families. 2 living quarters within the home worked out wonderfully .

Quick walk to the beach, shops and restaurant.

The property was as described/pictured and we found the layout to work well for our family. The first and second floor do not share any interior connections. We also enjoyed how close the beach was, there are not any waves on the north beach but it was never crowded and the sand was fine. It was nice to have a large living room and dining room with a table that could seat eight or more, we never felt cramped at this property. The pool and property do back up to the main road but there is a privacy fence and the traffic was a nice white noise while we were enjoying the pool. We did not notice any traffic noise while inside. We appreciated the automated check in which notified us our property was ready a little earlier than scheduled check in. We would stay here again!

Great space

The house was cute and close to several shops and restaurants. The space upstairs was great for our group to hang out together. When we booked, we didn't realize the two floors were like separate houses, but it worked out. There were a few amenities that would have been helpful (extra toilet paper, coffee filters), but overall the house was well-stocked. The pool was really dirty with murky water when we arrived, but by Wednesday, it looked like it had been cleaned. Overall, it was a great space!

Best beach stay ever!

House had everything we needed! Close to all Tybee outings. FWI just watch out for the jellyfish at the beaches. Perfect location to go straight to Savanah. The two bedroom (one futon)-full apartment was gorgeous & great for separating our families. We spent most of time outside enjoying the porches and pool. Can't say enough about this house! Pictures don't show how beautiful the decor truly is...

Tybee Island

The house was good. The only issue we had was the cleaning crew ran past check in time. Which is ok but not when you’ve been traveling for hours with 6 people in a car and 2 dogs.
