Located on the North end of Tybee Island near Lighthouse, Sandys North Shore offers excellent views from the decks and screened porches and from the primary bedroom. Guests will love the over 1,000 sq ft of outdoor living space! Enjoy water views and Lighthouse views, which is exceptionally charming when lit up at night!

The first floor of the home includes the living room, dining, kitchen, full bath, queen bedroom with a private balcony, laundry, 2 decks, and a furnished screened porch. There is dining seating for 6, 4 at the table and 2 stools at the breakfast bar. The second floor has 2 queen bedrooms and a full bath in hall, sizeable furnished balcony off the primary bedroom with an excellent water view. This is a very cute and comfortable home - nice inside and out. Lots of palm trees, furnished patio, and even a hammock in the yard! There's also a gas grill for cookouts!

Located in quiet North Beach neighborhood close to the Historic Tybee Lighthouse, Tybee Museum, restaurant dining at The North Beach Grill, and the Tybee Dog Parks. Beach access is located approximately 300 yards / 2 blocks from home. Additional beach access at the north beach parking lot about a 5-minute walk from the house. WIFI internet is available. Two (2) Twin Rollaway beds are located at home for flexible bedding options.

Pet-friendly for 1 small dog under 20 lbs for an additional fee. The yard is fully fenced—parking for up to 5 cars (3 in the garage, 2 in the driveway).

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
