Fantastic property nestled in North Tybee for a long weekend or full week stay. Plenty of parking, a few minutes walk to the beach, lighthouse, marine center. Quiet and safe street. The home was supplied with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Palmwood Paradise. It was just perfect for us. Loved the closeness to the beach. The cottage was clean. Everything was in working condition. We spent a day exploring Savannah which we thoroughly enjoyed!!! The beach was absolutely lovely!!!

Great location, poor house location

First, the positives. The repair person and cleaner were amazing! Very responsive and quick! Unfortunately, we had to call them more than once.1. When we got there, we had no hot water. 2. 2 days later, the plumbing got clogged and overflowed.3. The house was not very clean. There was dust on the furniture, dirt in the shower, and pet hair on the floor. The kitchen cabinets and dishes were dirty.Again, the housing maintenance representatives were great! No complaints with them! However, we would not stay there again, nor can we recommend the house. We were quite disappointed. I think the house owners set the housing maintenance reps up for failure.
