I cannot imagine a better place to enjoy Tybee Island. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed. Back porch overlooking dunes was wonderful. Just steps from boardwalk to the beach, short walk to pier and downtown. Great place!

This was a great location for our family to gather for my mom's 80th birthday celebration. Easy walk to the beach, and even though she had to stay upstairs most of the time, it worked well with the upstairs patio for family gathering and it kept her out of the kitchen!

This property was right on the beach and allowed us to enjoy the full view and sounds of the ocean. The layout in the house is a little strange, with the decks off of the bedrooms rather than the main living area, be we adjusted quickly and it did not diminish our enjoyment of the place. Could not imagine a better location. The outdoor shower was handy. The large indoor/outdoor deck over the dunes was where we spent the most time.

We enjoyed our stay but we were overrun by ants. The carport and the upper deck was covered in ants. This was an issue with my 1 year old grandson. Also the security lights on the northeast corner of the house blinked on and off continuously day and night which made sleeping kind of tough. Also the security alarm beeped nonstop and we could not silence it. So much for a relaxing stay! Again, we loved the place but we had to overcome these issues.

These accommodations are not luxurious, but they are very clean. The convenience of being able to get out on the beach was wonderful!
