All started out well with the booking and check in, the issue started once we got in. The parking space was the sidewalk and not guaranteed. We checked in and I tried to inquire where the parking and was told if it was taken we would have to pay for street parking when the property details said one spot would be provided. The communication ended after that message. The top bunk bed was cracked, we didn’t need it, but i would have been disappointed had I brought my young boys. There was zero toilet paper and after multiple texts we had to buy our own. There were no trashbags other than what was in the trash can, again no response when we inquired. There was a flash flood while we were there and the fireplace was leaking so we had to use a kitchen pot to collect it as it started puddling, again no response at all when we texted them. Overall, had the communication been better it would've been fine. The parking was our biggest as we specifically picked the place because it included a parking space. The culmination of the lack of toilet paper and trash bags with that was incredibly frustrating. As we went to check out we discovered the dishwasher wouldn't start. Again i messaged them and received zero response. I tried to call initially and there was no response to that either.
