Old school Tybee beach house. Spaces for large groups from Lots of parking. Nice large area to convene with big kitchen island, large dining table and 3 nice couches in living room all centered together. Also large yard for spreading out. 3 refrigerators!!!! Many beds!

The house is beautiful The heater failed halfway through our stay. Island Rentals responded after 24 hours and said they would send someone. No person arrived. Multiple calls and emails were sent and nothing was done. We had to use space heaters. The house when we arrived was not clean. The cleaning people do not wipe door frames. The windows were not clean. Our socks were black walking around the house. The washing machine kept giving us a warning code that said not enough water. The dryer did not work at all. It took two days for the dryer to dry one load. I definitely think we need to be credited for our stay.
