“The property was undeniably beautiful and spacious, but the pre-arrival process was a disaster. I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation. Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. A search for "Global Luxury Suites, Reston VA" revealed it didn't exist. I received……

“Room was very nice with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with laundry detergent if you need to throw in a load. Pool was great and is open 11-8. Plenty of parking (pd) around the building—it is easier to see what is available before it gets dark. Metro blue line stop is less than 5 minutes walking and you can even go through the Marriott lobby to get underground there. Such an easy home base to get to all the sights in DC with the closeness of the Metro……

“Absolutely loved my stay at this apartment. The space was beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped with everything I needed—including thoughtful touches like condiments in the kitchen. Communication with the host was smooth and timely, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The neighborhood was quiet, and having available parking was a huge plus. I've stayed in a number of places in D.C., and this one easily makes my top 3. Highly recommended.”

“I have stayed in dozens of rentals and the communication and small simple amenities available for a family while traveling were phenomenal. I’d give 10 stars if possible. We were touring the east coast so did 3 cities in a week, this being our first stay. And Ike for sure made this the best experience and made going to other homes difficult :) would recommend to anyone looking to go to DC!!! ”
