“Three long time friends found this house to be the perfect setup for our 2 day stay. We had plenty of gathering and sleeping space. The open kitchen/living room was spacious and comfortable. The three bedrooms were all comfortable and had plenty of storage space for suitcases and clothes. The backyard space was one of the nicer ones I've seen and we enjoyed the deck. “Wasn't quite ready when we arrived but didn't take long to get together. Lawn care came early Saturday and were loud but we were accomodated with a later check out time.Didn't have televisions in bedrooms. No standard coffee maker. Not really equipped for 6-8 as beds looked more full than queen. We had to make 4 grandsons a pallet on the floor. But house was very nice, clean and cozy.”

“The house was located about 15 minutes from everything. It was a quick drive to the airport, white water rafting, and the south end. We had plenty of beds/baths for everyone in our group of 11 adults. The outdoor patio space was nice as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with more than enough for cooking meals and eating as a large group. There are 2 hot water heaters so all 11 could take a comfortable shower which was a nice bonus. “We stayed in this cute older home that had been renovated, and I really appreciated how close it was to town. It was a nice touch to have towels, toilet paper, and pots and pans provided, even though we didn’t end up cooking. Unfortunately, our stay didn’t turn out as well as we hoped. After a long week of work, we got to the house to find dirty sheets on both beds, empty chip bags and candy wrappers in the bedside drawers, and a totally different couch than what was advertised. “Easy check in and check out. Cute, spacious, property. The house accommodated 8 easily. Plenty of dishes and because we had a long stay we appreciated the dish washer, washing machine and dryer. When we had questions the owner was exceptional when it came to communication. I would definitely say here again if I went to Charlotte. ”

“I truly enjoyed my stay. The host was extremely accomodating. The facilities were clean and everything we needed was convenient. The location was great for immediate access to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely look to book again when i visit Charlotte.”

“I got this house for the close proximity to Carowinds, the space and the game room. It did not disappoint. The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everyone had their own space to relax and also enjoyed spending time in the game room playing air hockey. The location was great as we were there for Carowinds. It was right off I-77 which we were able to get there in less than 10 minutes. I would not hesitate to stay here again.”

“thank you for allowing us to stay at your property for the weekend, greatly appreciated it. However there are a few things I would like to address. The breaking of the bed which I sent you pictures of and it made it uncomfortable for my sister to sleep. The bedroom downstairs with the bathroom in it the comforter was dirty along with the hair all over the top of the cabinet above the toilet. The bedroom/gameroom has no privacy (the windows with no cutains or blinds). The trash cans had already……

“Check-in was delayed due to no WiFi and door code not working due to severe storm in the area but there was a backup key. Once WiFi was restored then it was fine. Communication with manager to understand and resolve the issue was immediate and prompt which was very helpful. Light bulbs in kitchen ceilings were initially out but once we let the manager know they were replaced the same day.”
