「Communication with the owner was swift and informative. Always helpful and quick to respond. House was perfect, one larger bedroom and bathroom downstairs with two bedrooms, one with a double bunk bed , and bathroom upstairs. Well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if visiting Belmont. Absolutely perfect.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at the Restful Retreat! We loved how they had everything labeled so you don’t have to go looking for things. The bed was really comfortable, my husband said it was his best nights sleep he’s had in a year! Kim sent us messages checking in on us to see if there’s anything we needed. It was convenient to Winthrop University and within walking distance to a nice Veterens Garden. It’s also close to restaurants, grocery store. We would stay here again!」

「We have stayed in Sara’s Shacks before so we weren’t concerned. Unfortunately we should have been concerned. We arrived after dark. Once I got into the house to turn the outside lights on, we found that the front porch light was burnt out and the back porch lighting was very poor. I messaged Sara about the front porch light and she messaged back immediately “I’ll send someone over to change the front porch light, sorry about that.”The next night we came back and no light. 「Quiet, lots of room, comfortable accommodations 」

「The place worked for exactly what we needed it for, a comfortable place to stay in between long days of volleyball games. Incredibly convenient to everything we needed and wanted to go to. The fridge was super cute! 」

「Alright so I’m just going to get down into it. The house itself was amazing, my 4 friends and I rented this property for not even 24 hours for a concert in Charlotte. Property was very warming and welcoming. Outside of a few flaws which for 5 guys wasn’t really anything(ex: dishes still in dish washer, hair in the drain in the shared bathroom and a used bar of soap. There was also some weird residue on the floor which made our feet like a greenish black) but again for 5 guys on a whim trip for...

「BEWARE....... No window coverings in kitchen felt like being in a fish bowl. Mildew air quality was poor. No dishwasher. No washer/dryer. Decades old oven was rusty inside and out. Interior doors don't close or lock. Shower hot/cold handles were broken. Inside and outside of home were not maintained and dirty. Beds were comfortable. Living room including HDTV were fine.」
