“The room was clean and spacious. The shuttle service from the airport was quick and super friendly. We had a great greeting, around 11:00 pm from multiple staff members. They were very friendly and informative. In the morning there was a gentleman working the breakfast who was restocking so fast we didn’t have a chance to miss having anything!”

“The check-in process was fast and efficient. Our room was clean and well equipped. TV worked fine and channel selection was good. The hotel provided a helpful detailed list of local restaurants with a map. The breakfast buffet was great and the workers pleasant and helpful. The only complaint was the condition of the carpets in the hallway in front of our room door and the adjacent rooms both sides of the hallway. The carpets hadn't been vacuumed in a good while!”

“Note: No elevator. You’ll be carrying your baggage up to 2nd floor. Breakfast was lacking any low carb/low sugar options. Basically waffles toast and yogurt. The clerk apologized that the drink and snack machines were poorly stocked -an ongoing issue. The spreads on the beds had dirty spots on them. And strange stains on the bathtub porcelain. Overall not a poor location, but it just appeared tired and dated. ”

“Everything was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and the details were thoughtful. Free coffee, iced lemonade, and cookies were provided in the lobby for everyone to enjoy. The hotel was also very nice and clean. My whole family was very satisfied.”

“One of the best hotels stays I've experienced while visiting Charlotte. Room was spacious and spotless. The Staff was welcoming and helpful. We nearly missed the continental breakfast Saturday morning. When we called the Front Desk, we were told that we had twenty minutes left. My sister and I never moved so quickly. Thank goodness we succeeded as the breakfast was nourishing. I was especially impressed with the instant grits and the kielbasa sausages. Lastly, there were enough parking……
