「Clean and tidy house in a great location near the historic steam train railway. Lovely walks in the area. Small but comfortable for 2 people. We stayed for 2 nights. Lots of local food options. Kitchen was good for making our own breakfast. lots of pillows windows that open bathroom upstairs- terrible shower with scalding or cold water.」

「Lovely central location with beautiful views over the harbour to watch the tides come and go. The apartment is cozy and well equipped. Only issue was the need to provide towels which is difficult for travellers with limited luggage space. Im sure this could be easily fixed. Would definitely stay here again. So close to the railway station and a range of trips on a steam train which we enjoyed. 」

「Excellent stay - the house is very spacious with plenty of living space including a conservatory with amazing views and games room. also a very short walk to the beach. 」

「We stayed here as a family of 19 for 2 nights over New Year ranging from age 5-70. It was good as we all had our own individual cottages with kitchens, living rooms and bathroom which gave us our own space but the communal area is the Hall was being enough when we wanted to be together. Only issue was the gas heaters and log burners not working properly in a couple of cottages but electric heaters were available and there is central heating in two of the cottages. Wonderful views from a totally secluded garden over the roof tops to the sea.Everything we could need had been thought of and a very nice ‘goodie box’ on arrival.Access from the car parking area to the back door and from there down to the lower garden levels not easy for one with limited mobility, no problem for able bodied though.The garden room was a delightful space.Great access to the station in the village with trains right through from Birmingham...

「Very convenient for groceries - Spar just around the corner. Numerous eating places all within close proximity. We had no trouble parking, but it is first come first served. Quiet area. Great for a good nights sleep.」

「A lovely flat in a wonderfully peaceful location. The flat is pretty well appointed, and finding all the various shower gels and washing up stuff was a bit of a bonus. The beds are firm and very comfortable, with most of the furnishings being in good condition. The balcony is great, secluded but with a great view. Sue was very comunicative. 」

「What an amazing holiday. We spent a week here with extended family and absolutely loved it. There is more than enough space for everyone and all the rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen is certainly large enough for us as a family of 11 and it was really nice using the dining space for our evening meals together. "The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night. The toilet also did not work properly, the flush was extremely weak. There was no way of contacting the hotel at night to sort out the shower issue and the reception runs from 3pm to 6pm instead of 8pm as stated here. Would recommend if those management issues were fixed."
