“Goed All-in hotel met uitstekende maaltijden en zwembaden. Echter hadden we pech op een aantal vlakken: airco is twee keer stuk gegaan, koelkast werkte niet en we troffen tot tweemaal een kakkerlak aan op ons terras en privé zwembad. Dit had waarschijnlijk te maken met onze liggen vlak naast de toe- en afvoer poorten van het hotel. Deze laatste bracht ook geluidsoverlast met zich mee. We boekten een deluxe kamer met privezwembad en waren hierdoor natuurlijk teleurgesteld zeker omdat dit absoluut……

“This property was absolutely gorgeous and perfectly placed. Easy 15-20 min walk to the downtown area. We enjoyed relaxing at the hotel, the beach was gorgeous and warm, the pool temp was perfectly maintained, the rooms were great! When we wanted to experience a more lively atmosphere we took a walk downtown and enjoyed the nightlife”

“This is a 3-star resort at best. We stayed at a number of 5-star resorts while in Greece and Royal Cactus unfortunately wasn’t one. The resort definitely nickel and dimes you. They claim all inclusive but so much costs extra. A sparkling wine or Freddo cappuccino or even a bottled water costs extra. Any room service costs extra. The drinks that are included taste very artificial. We stayed at other resorts that were not all inclusive and the Freddo cappuccinos were included as part of……

“Excellent hotel, outstanding concierge (ladies in blue), very good food, housekeeping is a bit inconsistent, great big modern rooms each with a pool...splurge for the rooms with a gym mainly to get a 2x sized pool/terrace plus sauna, it is like an apartment.”

“Ce fut un plaisir de séjourner une dizaine de jours dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est serviable et la chambre était top. Bémol concernant le bruit... Les voisins sont souvent bruyants (en même temps c'est Malia, donc on y fait la fête !), et c'est très mal isolé... on entend absolument tout donc pas top si on veut se reposer. Sinon la piscine est super, et les hôtes adorables.”

“This resort was out of this world! From the first moment we got to the resort, the staff welcomed us and made sure we settled in well and this truly made us feel we were at home. I would definitely recommend the sea view room or the villa as the views are to die for! The food was fresh and you could tell that the menu was great perfectly crafted thanks to the chef. The menu for Dinner changed everyday which was something we looked forward to every night and let’s not talk about the buffet……
