「The bathroom were too small. It was not possible for one to use the sink and another to open the shower at the same time. Staff were friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to ensure comfort. They allowed us to use the front desk charger since ours did not have a universal plug in. Breakfast was excellent.」

「I would actually rank it over kempinski and maybe even glee.」

「hotel is great! staff is friendly and rooms are great. Just a thought that they should have a shuttle service to areas within 3km or something like that as most of the 5 stars hotel in the world have that when it is in a traffic inconvenience area」

「Tout etait parfait! Chambres propres, larges et aerees. personnel souriant et serviable. le parfait hotel.」

「First time but definitely not the last. Location is everything.. Perfect for couple of nights. Breakfast was very good, just by the pool. Don't expect luxury at this price but it's very comfy and staff is amazing.」

I had to go back down again and wait even longer. The front desk manager, hotel manager and even the general manager shook my hand as if that was going to...

「Great location in Westlands near upscale Westgate mall. Easily accessible. Staff very warm and responsive. Manager Paul is exceptional and his reception desk staff. Nice restaurant onsite, with very welcoming staff, great food. The main issue is beyond the hotel's control, that is, overwhelming construction site noise on all sides of hotel. Noise from next door worksites is brutal depending on where your room is located. Housekeeping can do with better training to initiate cleaning, not use...
