“Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Lobby and room clean and orderly, thank you!”

“Nice, private hotel with an upscale feel. However, the college uses it for groups and several of our stays have had very noisy college groups keeping us up late, treating it like a dorm. We will choose another hotel in Belmont as this has happened three different times. ”

“The level of sound proofing is simply unacceptable for an airport hotel: you hear every plane that flies over. Moreover, there is insufficient airport shuttle capacity to guarantee a spot at the desired time. We had to get up 30 mins earlier than necessary because the shuttle at our desired time was fully booked. Again, unacceptable for an airport hotel: why stay near the airport except so that you can get up a little later for an early flight? Finally, the breakfast starting time of 6:30 am……

“The hotel itself was perfect however the staff were dismissive about my concerns with my room and the issue I had. As I was checking out I brought up again about the incident in my room to a different person who not only shrugged it off but was just as dismissive as the first person I relayed my issue with. I would have given a much better review if they could have simply apologized . ”

“Room was spotless, the comfort of the bed was amazing; that was actually the best part of this room. I also thought the space and amenities made a huge difference - having a full kitchen, microwave, and fridge just to name a few. My only hiccup was at times the noise level heard through the walls. ”
