“The cenote is great for relaxing and the food is excellent. Many amenities and close to Ek-Balam ruins and couple of great cenotes!”

“酒店整體不錯，乾淨、及員工友善，服務態度好。不好的是浴缸的去水位有臭味問題及wifi在房間是5分鐘斷一次線。”

“酒店跟奇琴依察的天然井景點很近，步行過對面馬路就是入口，很方便。酒店有一小泳池，不錯說，房間寬敞，淋浴也好。”

“We had an amazing experience at Hotel Maculan, everything was perfect! Hotel Maculan was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms, property and location were all beautiful. Most importantly, we were greeted with a warm welcome from Carlos at the reception desk. He took the time to explain all the best things Valladolid has to offer and where we could find them. 10/10 would recommend, muchas gracias! ”

“I have been charged by Hotels.com when I booked this hotel, but the frontdesk of this hotel charged me again when I checked in. I asked them to give me the refund, but I haven't got the refund so far. That's a bad experience I have ever met.”

“We had an amazing time in Valladolid, there is so much to do around this town, and the hotel is close to everything. The staff is friendly and really helpful in providing great recommendation of places and restaurants. I recommend getting the complete breakfast in this hotel because you don’t want to miss those yummy chilaquiles. ”
